Shipping & Delivery

A confirmation email will be sent to you after the order is confirmed. 

We endeavour to process all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once processed and shipped, orders may take longer to arrive, dependent on delivery restrictions determined by the courier or delivery company. We use HongKongPost and SF Express delivery time is subject to change.

We have the rights to stays on hold for 12 days if we have found any issues in a unsuccessful payment. The shipping time is subjected to the actual situation of the couriers and also the stock availability.

 

We ship throughout Hong Kong and overseas. 

HONG KONG ORDERS: We offer Free shipping for most of area in local Hong Kong on any order. Final rights belong to Lucie Company.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We offer shipping for international on any order Above HK$100, final rate will be show on check out page.

Please note that delivery to locations other than Hong Kong may take up to 6 weeks. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LUCIE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

DELIVERY

There may be potential delays due to high volume of orders, postal service delays, and weather events that may be outside of our control. We are not liable for any delays once your order has left our warehouse.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order after 2 weeks or have not received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello.lucie.info@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
