RETURNS

We understand that sometimes an item may need to be returned. Items can only be returned if they are unopened and unused *.

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Contact us by email at hello.lucie.info@gmail.com. All goods returned must be as new, unused and in their original packaging. Upon return, we will inspect the goods and a refund/or credit/exchange made within 14 days.

* If you open an item and it is incorrect or damaged, please take a photo of the damage and contact us immediately with your order number and photo evidence emailed to hello.lucie.info@gmail.com

TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO US:

1. Contact us at hello.lucie.info@gmail.com within three (3) days of receiving your parcel. Include your order number, name, and delivery address. Do not send your return until you receive confirmation from us.

2. Return your order and invoice in our original packaging. Ensure it is secured, as we are unable to refund items damaged during delivery.

3. Ship to:
Lucie Company

We will provide the address for your returns. 

 
Please note that you must cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you insure your package and obtain a Certificate of Posting, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect your item within 3 business days to confirm that it is unused and in its original condition. If it meets our requirements, you will receive a refund and email confirmation within 14 business days.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that you may need to cancel your order, and we will do our best to make this possible. To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of order placement. We aim to dispatch goods within 1-3 business days, so later cancellations may not be possible.
